The Bunnamagoo Shiraz was made with fruit grown at Bunnamagoo's Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee NSW.  Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black, fermented the fruit in stainless steel potters for 7 days before pressing.  A mixture of new and old American and French barriques, hogsheads and puncheons were used to complete malolactic fermentation.
 
After 12 months maturation the wine developed a medium body with red cherry, mulberry and coconut aromas. The palate is laden with bright and elegant fruit and finishes with mixed spice and soft tannins.  The wine will reward patient cellaring over the following 10 years.  This wine best goes with Beef, Veal and Chicken.
