2016 Bunnamagoo Estate Chardonnay
The 2016 Bunnamagoo Chardonnay uses selected parcels of fruit from vineyards in the Central Ranges of NSW. This popular house style made by Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Robert Black, continues to embrace a variety of hands-on techniques including 100% barrel fermentation in a mixture of new and older French and Hungarian hogsheads with intermittent stirring and maturation on lees for 10 months. Exhibiting tropical fruit flavours with subtle cashew notes, this chardonnay retains its typical supple texture and enticing complexity. It will benefit from careful cellaring for up to 6 - 8 years
This wine has the peach and cashews aroma smell. It tastes with creamy vanilian texture. This wine will match nicely with Chicken, Baked Fish & Veal.
