This wine was made by Robert Black with fruit grown at Bunnamagoo's Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee in the Central Ranges of NSW.  This unique triple blend exhibits dark chocolate, raspberry and mocha characters with a mid palate freshness and without the heavy tannic weight of traditional Mudgee.  The wine is silky in texture with great persistance and it finishes with gentle vanillin oak characters.  It will benefit from  careful cellaring over the next 10-15  years.
 
This wine has the cedar and red fruit aroma smell.  It tastes with mulberry and sweet spices.  This wine will match nicely with Lamb, Duck & Beef.
