The steep top location on the Herrenberg with shell limestone soil is processed by excellent manual work and strict volume reduction. In the selective hand-picking the berries are harvested and fermented the sense of our cellar master and the 15 months of maturation in the selected barrique, complete this unique wine. The wine shines through exotic and yellow fruits, is strong on the palate with a delicate enamel.
