Aromas of yellow fruits, honeydew melon and vanilla and is intense on the palate with a subtle toast and polished acidity. 
 
The scent of melons, exotic fruits, overripe gooseberries or even not quite ripe apples is typical of the wines of the Chardonnay vine. Superior qualities usually have plenty of alcohol and extract, they are substantial and sustainable. When matured in oak barrels, wood flavors complement the primary fruit flavors.
 
This wine blend well with white meats and seafood such as chicken, fish crabs and clams.
