On a very steep slope in one of the best locations of the Taubertal are our over 40 years old vines. Deeply rooted, they bring many minerals into their small-berry grapes. Reduction of yield paired with careful hand-picking is the best prerequisite for an extract-rich wine of special quality. A Müller-Thurgau, which holds on the palate, what the nose promises.
 
This wine blend well with Fish, Shell Fish and even Crabs.
