The Spätburgunder, also called Pinot Noir, is one of the oldest cultural vines. Its grapes almost always produce high-quality, sometimes even high-class, full-bodied red wines. They are full-bodied and velvety in the taste, from ruby ​​to dark red color. Their delicate, fine fragrance is reminiscent of bitter almonds.Higher qualities are also developed in our barrique barrel, which gives the wines delicate vanilla and cinnamon notes.
